Position Description:
Responsible for completion of front office tasks ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow and quality customer service. Tasks include greeting patients, verifying and updating patient information, scheduling and cancelling patient appointments, completing appointment reminder calls, answering phone, routing phone calls, collecting account copays and outstanding account balances, balancing of collected payments, reconciliation of appointments, and filing/scanning/copying documents and/or forms.

High School or GED
Experience:
Any Job Related Experience required
Previous Healthcare Experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills:
Ability to Multi Task and Prioritize, Medical Terminology, Computer Systems, Customer Relations
Grammar/Spelling, Microsoft Office, Operate Office Equipment, Organizational and Verbal Communication skills requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
